Ordered a rhapsody tanzanite solitaire ring. When it arrived I was absolutely shocked. The colour is amazing and it is everything they said it would be. Before taking the tags off I took it to my jewellers to be valued. I paid £1699 and the ring was valued at £2500. The only Criticism I have is the delivery time

So I bought my mam a bracelet for her birthday in November in under the 30 days the bracelets literally just fell apart one of the links just came apart that's right the links not the clasps, contacted them said they were going to send me a returns label its taken ages to come it arrived this morning but in-between this I've emailed again to ask about the label and to say we'll if I'm going to be over the day return policy its down to them and not me, Thier ignorance prevails then and yep they ig bored it and still have, absolutely horrendous company and sell tat that's doesn't last 5 minutes my advise ignore what they say on their TV channel its all nonsense it will fall apart, my opinion to anyone looking to go to these, seriously think twice and AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Worst experience ever
They sent tarnished and damaged rings and when I called them on the same day of delivery, they insisted that I had damaged them by wearing them.
When I told them I had just received the delivery, they said to send them back or maybe polish them with a cloth . I sent them back
1 month later I’m still chasing them for a refund

I purchased a bracelet for my daughter.
Was supposed to be silver with a platinum overlay.
After 7 mths the overlay has gone and it now looks like a piece of brass.
Spoke to customer service who said because it was 7 mths old there was nothing they could do.
Never again will I buy anything from this company.
