“My order of 22nd December, no; 19540, has still not been delivered! What's the problem?”

“Very poor. Had to take things back several times. I wanted a taller toilet and the person who helped me did not realise that the furniture i had chosen would not work with this. In the end i had to take the toilet back and the seat which went with it which i had to promt the person to add to the items to be returned. Then this replacement toilet was damamged - no sign of this on the outsie of the packaging but when it was taken out it was clear it had been damaged before it was packed. so that had to be repurned as well. Person did not seem to know how things fitted together and on several occasions i had to check that this would work with that item etc.”

Readers please note - we were not the company who supplied the order that our customer had issues with, there was a confusion between suppliers. The review will be reviewed shortly.
