She had rung them earlier in the week as she was not able to get over to drop back earlier shes 85! and was told she would not get a refund but a credit note ,fine.

Ordered 2 items both arrived damaged. Been waiting over 3 months for a substantial refund customer service do not care they just want to get you off the phone.

I ordered a bag, couldn’t collect it as my mum was very ill so let it be thinking they would refund me after 14 days in store.

Delivery not received - no notification from courier. 15 days to complete refund but the jury’s out on that. Apparently there were 2 attempted deliveries but there was no contact from DPD. Customer service told me it was up to me to track the parcel rather than the couriers/ that’s a new one on me. I’m now unable to replace this order until the refund is complete which can take upto 15 days

Returned it to store the following day with a receipt only to be accused of losing or breaking it, my wife asked to speak to a manager only to be told she was a manager, the store finally agreed to refund the money for the faulty bag you sold her and the manager said I hope you sleep well at night.

Told it was my responsibility to return! They sent the wrong item which they admit! Anyway told I would be refunded postage and because it was a heavy item I could arrange a courier collection.

Deceitful tactics used to avoid customers getting refunds for faulty items.

When requesting for a refund with a faulty product, they wouldn't want to do that claiming it was a food related (sea salt) product. customer service team at the HQ completely useless giving me different answers. Completely undermined my trust to the co. not a customer there anymore.
