“Six years ago I bought a few wigs when I was going through cancer treatment. I was happy with everything. This time around, however, is a different story. I have ordered one wig and one hairpiece. Both did not meet the standards that TLC previously had.The wig was much shorter than the pic and the hairpiece-halo was obviously defective. It had some bangs and some hair in the back. Looked ridiculous and there was no way to make it work. Most concerning though is the returns. Wait times for refunds are at least a month if you are able to return at all. The tags have to be on the wig or you will go through upper management to see if they will take it back. What if they fall off on its own? Or they need to come off to try on the wig properly? I tried these on and that was it. No wearing, washing, or use at all. This along with a restocking and postage fee.
It’s hard enough losing hair but a hassle free option would be nice. Tlc is not providing that.”
“Ordered the Candace wig. Was horrible, didn't look anything like the picture. Had a blob of hair standing straight out in the center of the crown,with the seams showing. And I am expected to wait on the refund as well as pay a restock fee? Never again!”

Avoid MLA company at all costs
MLA doesn’t even deserve one star.I bought 11 garden lights which were fitted by an experienced electrician, they lasted less than 6 weeks and the company will not take responsibility or ownership and I’m £240 out of credit. So I haven’t had a refund from TLC. AVOID AVOID AVOID. MLA Suppliers have come back with utter nonsense.
Therefore AVOID buying their brick light GL BLED5SW in the TLC magazine, I have replaced all lights from a different supplier with TLC and no problems whatsoever, same fantastic electrician. SHOCKING COMPANY. I’m taking this further to trading standards”

Chasing up another order, smallish, just over £400, but when it hadn't arrived, I rang up to enquire.
I got passed around like a parcel in a kids game. This happened over several hours and days.
I gave them all information with photos and they were still not accepting any responsibility whats so ever, just gobbed off, time, after time, after time, Aftrr hours over dayz over the phome, I started to lose the will to live and a cooked occyye TLC people wee so rude, especially the zifish one, I started ti lose it.
TLC acknowledge to have taken my >£400 order
They acknowledged my order wasn't delivered
They said I'll be refunded after they have carried out their investigation
Sort of blew a gasket then and escalated. A guy finally said, I've been refunded, which was another lie, as I haven't.
Given up on them- I recommend to avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy being docked around, let down and lied to time after time, after time again, not just by one but several on the same idiot sheet, I did speak to one who had empathy got the feeling they hadn't got confidence in their own TLC idiot script.

“I purchased some steinel led exterior lights over a couple of years ago and had a problem with them both.
TLC and steinel have bent over backwards to help sort this issue out and I now have two new lights.
Buy quality products from a quality company and receive quality service.

“Used TLC for some years now, but seems they are now far too big for their boots, cannot offer the customer service they used to, let alone get descriptions and photos correct, quality is now very poor on many products.
Ask any technical questions on products they have no idea. eg They show on one page light with IP rating IP44 then IP68 on another page.
No one at TLC deals with anything, pass you around, saying we will credit you, then next you know you get a solicitors letter with a threat of court action, for something that was TLCs fault.
Then you write an long explanation to them and they do not even bother to reply!
Best avoid this company, all the products they sell can be found online often cheaper and better quality, rather than cheap inferior items.”
