“Currently have a court order for repossession. they have my property which they have not passed on rent to me in over 6 months. I have also reported them to The Property Redress Scheme and they are currently under investigation. The owner Ozil Fadil and his employee Jordan Ellis have told me lie upon lie about the contract I have with them. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY AS YOU WILL LOSE MONEY. Happy to provide evidence if asked.”

“Taking holding deposit from everyone and wont pay back.. Non reasonable excuses , refuse to do credit check . Especially Norbert is very fake ,not professional at all. He is not reply any email or message since a deposit was paid!!! Not trusted ,DONT USE THEM!!!!!!! I am awaiting peoples respond who paid deposit to rent Gerraint Rd , London and do futher legal action together!!!”

“7 Years renting in London and I never seen a worst agency than TLK. I had to report them to the Property Redress Scheme and of cours I won. They had to reimbourse me. Disgusting.”

“Oh please everyone these are such fake reviews. The owner of the company and his staff have paid for these posts. Almost everyone with real reviews I've contacted have replied the ones with 5 stars Zero have come back to me. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.”

“•DON'T USE TLK PROPERTY & INVESTMENTS LTD! I paid TLK in advance for a room. Later the homeowners turned up asking if I have paid my rent saying TLK had not paid them rent for over 6 months. The house is always packed with TLK tenants, young professionals who pay in advance. One tenant with TLK the longest said people have lost their properties because of TLK not paying them when TLK Directors drive up and down in supercars on the backs of hardworking people who lose their 2nd homes. The homeowners have taken action against TLK and all the tenants and I am so ashamed. I paid my rent to TLK in advance and now I have to give evidence. I feel sick to my stomach.”

“Ozzie Fadil is stealing my rents..a lot of money, he has dubious business methods and no conscience at all. Any other folks with negative dealings..an absolute disgrace this bloke freely stealing. He now has his name on a London Gym, fitness first...I am liking to go very public with this...”

“Worst night ever. People smoking all the time. Loud music. The room smells horrible. I booked 5 nights and moved out the next day. The owners don’t even reply to complaints. I will take this with all relevant bodies. This is not right and place like this should not exist”

“Unprofessional and illegal in most cases. TLK are the worst agency (if you can call them that) I have ever had to deal with. 6 months without hot water being fixed. Unqualified professionals working on the gas system (super dangerous!). Electrical faults that could have killed one of our housemates. Lies and excuses given to us from the beginning to the end of our tenancy. Don't trust TLK”

“This is getting worse!!! The tenant here constantly annoying me so much, they said the eatate agent lie about the cleaning service and everything is unreliable. I told the agent but they said tenant should speak to them. I got everything on video this time. Got everything proof- I record it they said estate agent tell lies. All on the record now!!”
