“Please don’t go to this shop unless you want your car to be so much worse off than when you brought it.to this establishment. We took our Mercedes in for a repair of the front right axel and a cabin air filter. The car had a full inspection at German Bauer Auto who informed us of the repairs needed. We decided to get the repairs done at TL Motors because it was close to home and appeared to be reputable. This was not our experience. We had an extended warranty on the vehicle which was near expiration requiring careful diagnosis. After getting the car back within 2 days they said engine light came on and we could hardly drive the car to the shop. After diagnosis we were told the catalytic converter was bad and the turbo was leaking. Imagine all of that happening after two days. Gaby was quick to inform me that our extended warranty was now expired and we needed to pay thousands of dollars. I spoke to many mechanics who told me it was impossible for all of that to happen within 2 days. I believe they did something wrong to my vehicle totally misdiagnosed it or caused the problem themselves. I called the Buteau of Automotive Repair and they informed me that they cannot make the establishment do anything but make recommendations and compile data for a potential court case. After taking to Carson Brian who is actually Arsen Berberyan, he said if your trying to sue me I have 4 lawsuits pending now. I told him I didn’t want to sue anyone just wanted my vehicle repaired. I’m sick over what happened to our family I hope it doesn’t happen to you or yours.”
“I feel not happy with T L motor’ Garage: they could not be care and so ignore me, I told reception / some staffs to need park inside their garage and it’s safe and away from pay fine without tax / MOT. Someone who drove around 400 metres from garage, for park any roads… I have paid penalty fine £250 with clamp and paid £400 for no tax by DVLA… I feel deep sick and not happy with them.”
