I had been discussing a booking with a supplier through togather for two months prior and confirmed the booking a month prior to our work event, only to call the supplier direct on the day and find out that no booking notification had been passed on from togather to the supplier. I'm not sure if the messaging wasn't working or if I really wasn't talking to Chipsy(supplier) at all. It was not clear at all that the booking would not be going ahead and after accepting the quote and discussing menu options on togather further I strongly believed that the booking was confirmed. there was no reminder or message from them to say that the booking wasn't confirmed or to ask me to confirm the booking further. The person I spoke to from Chipsy was really helpful and offered to come out immediately but unfortunately due to them being a distance away the venue we had to find a plan B immediately.

The tightest potion of chips I have ever received and not only that they charged £5.00 Disgusting how people are allowed to con people in this way.

We were exceptionally disappointed with the food that was supplied at our event and our guests made mention of same. There were shortfalls in the presentation and lack of condiments supplied. Our menu would have been better suited to a warmer time of year as most of the food was served luke warm. However, they arrived on time at our venue and the set up of the smoker and marquee was impressive.

Extremely limiting platform for sellers resulting in pointless, spurious requests from ‘customers’ who give no detail of their requirements, making it impossible to offer any sort of useful help. Arrogant, Power hungry admins who change your wording and make absolutely no attempt to understand individual businesses. It’s all about their cut. Don’t allow link to your own website. Plenty of far better options out there

If there isn't enough information in the request, we encourage our suppliers to message customers to find out more about their event so that they can create a bespoke quote. We do require all communication to stay within Feast It, and don't allow promotion of your own website, to protect customers' bookings and make the platform fair for all of our many suppliers. The food provided by Pette Street food was absolutely awful. We were so embarrassed to have this type of food served to our guests and have been thoroughly mislead by your company. You claim that everything is vetted that is advertised on your site so we booked in good faith that believed the food would be of high quality. It was not. The burgers buns were cold, the chicken patties in them were clearly frozen (not fresh) and we did send one back because it was cold but the rest just went into the bins, fish fingers were falling apart, my dad couldn't even bite into the chicken nugget, the food was tasteless...I could go on. This was such an important event - my son turned 21 and because of a placement we won't be seeing him for a while. The food was a disaster and I will not be using your site again or recommending anyone else do so.

Maybe the only way to get through to you is writing this review. This company is harrassing people through email, begging for business. It doesn't give off a good look at all. I requested 3 times to stop sending emails. I unsubscribed to a mailing list I never subscribed to in the first place and yet still you send the same email over and over again. Worst way to try and get business is the spamming the same email constantly.
