I purchased a smart watch for my partners main 40th bday present in October. the couriers lost track of it after a week. I followed up with Toby Deals, they replied after his birthday to say they’d lost it and offered me £10 for the inconvenience!? Seriously?!
Seemingly no effort to trace it and no apology offered. My bank are currently trying to recover my money for me.
The experience was really distressing at the time, as it left me without a main gift and has left me feeling anxious to book online in future.”
