“Together housing basically add to my stress levels , they make me unhappy. We asked for permission for a gas fire/ NO. We asked for permission for a solid fuel or multi fuel, much greener NO and we feel it’d stop the problems we have with a damp chimney, seeing as that’s the original use of the chimney. The plaster was done again last week the same problems appeared again this week. They seem unreasonable to help with-our requests to improve and fix problems with our home. 2010 act for homes to have adequate kitchens and bathrooms seems to have bypassed this company. Even dangerous missing flooring . I’m told me will rip the tiles up but not replace them, the same info returned about another flooring area in bathroom. We don’t mind doing it so please respond to my request for permission at the least. Odd peeling kitchen units etc, ever looked at a home and think “why don’t the tenants make an effort?” That’s why because the give up expecting any help from these landlords.”

“The colleague who came out to uncap my gas said he was going to get another machine as his wasn't working and will be back within 30-60 minutes. This time came and went and he never returned leaving me with no heating or hot water and despite been vulnerable I contacted the out of hours team who also wouldn't come out. I have warned them that I'm withholding the rent until the job is completed. NOT RECOMMEND STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THERE THICK AS THIEVES”

the only way to get in contact with together housing with out having there staff treat you like s--t is on the wed and that WILL be ignored,
The staff will block your phone calls at every stage, there only concerns will be to gather personal date from you. with the opinion that your time is free and if they run you around enough you will go away,
Together Housing ignore, the majority of repair's reported. and the ones they do respond to will take weeks or even mouths for them to respond to and then they will be done very badly.
complaints are also ignored when reported on the web, and phone calls, if you can get throw to them as stated above the staff will block you at every step, and REFUSE to deal with the call are transfer you throw to the complaints department, or managers
the attitude of the staff is one of you do not matter at all, you are Just a pain, and have No rights at all, and how dare you waste there time ringing them”
“Run by monkeys down at that place , problems with control for heating for a while now last time they came they forgot part , this time sent worker with part but he’s not an electrician so still waiting for it , and this is why tenants are mad . Proper idiots ,”

“This company is disgusting, I would tell anyone if they can NOT to take a property with them. Together do not care for the physical and mental well-being of their tenants. I am disabled and have had neighbours parking their cars blocking my garage where my wheelchair and mobility scooter is stored for years. Together promised me a NO PARKING sign 3 years ago and I still do not have it! I cannot even get into my property now with neighbours blocking my gate with their cars by parking on the pavement and after ringing and leaving 4 messages nothing has been done. Together would rather I fall trying to get into my home than actually do something to help a tenant !! Worst thing ever taking a property from them !”
