I love that there are several things you can expect in each box that are a different flavor than the ones in the box before. To clarify, the soda, KitKats, ramen, chips etc. are all things you can expect to receive in each box. You may not like everything in the box (everyone has different tastes) but there will be something in there that you like.”

“I just got my first box for June 2022: snackin' Shibuya. Lots of variety for the snacks and I am most interested in trying the caramel popcorn soda & napolitan spaghetti! It comes with a nice, colorful booklet to describe the snacks and some fun info about Tokyo: Shibuya. I also got these cute Demon Slayer collectors tins with some petite cookies in them as a bonus item. Can't wait to dig in more with some of my friends! 😃”

KitKats are one of my favorite treats and I was pleasantly surprised at how great they tasted and the quantity I received. “I’ve had only great experiences with TokyoTreat.The tracking number really helped to alleviate my anxiety about when the package would come. The price is very reasonable (especially when you buy for more than one month at a time). The treats are always fun and varied. I like that there are some constants: instant noodles, soda, etc. so I know what to expect but the flavors are always very new to me. I also really love the included information booklet that has a list of allergens for each food and tidbits about Japanese culture.”
“I signed up for a year (discounted boxes for a longer subscription why not), not knowing I'd be charged for the full year up front. After reaching out to the team (all I wanted to do was cancel and go back for the 1 month option), I was refused any help and told there was nothing that could be done. And if I didn't accept the box, another would be shipped at my cost. After reaching out to my bank, I was once again told nothing could be done, AND tokyotreat also magically stopped my boxes and walked away with my money. If you're thinking of trying them out, don't.”
