“So speeds are great, but with great speed comes bad customer service. If you have an issue, they will not care and will drag their heels about it. You get treated like a liar when they make out that the issue is your end and not theirs, and above all you don't get any compensation for any downtime that you experience. My advice is if you want the fast speeds, great, but once you have an issue, don't say you weren't warned.... awful customer service!”
“I would not recommend this company if you're looking for consistent, dependable internet service. Save your time and money by choosing a provider that actually delivers on its promises.
It has now been two weeks (14 days!) without internet service, and there has been no resolution or meaningful support from the company. Despite sending five engineers, none have managed to fix the problem, and their infrastructure remains non-functional. I've received inconsistent information from their engineers and support team throughout this process, leaving me concerned that the issue will remain unresolved for months. Even if they do fix it, there's no guarantee I won’t face the same problem again and have to wait weeks or months for another fix.
I've already paid for services I couldn't use last month, paid in advance for the upcoming month, and had to buy additional mobile data due to their ongoing service failures. Their inability to provide a reliable solution is frustrating, and the lack of clear communication has made the situation even worse.”
“Toob is a nightmare which is lasting one whole year, they have applied unfair clauses, made lots of promises and delivered none.
I am trapped in this contract without having the service I need, which is impacting me in every way.
I am escalating all complaints to the ombudsman and encourage the other unhappy clients to do the same to stop the series of malpractice.”
