“I ordered 1kg of high fat beef mince and half kg of normal fat beef mince. The high fat beef mince made the most delicious seekh kebabs and burger patties. The normal fat beef mince was for a bolognese which also turned out lovely. The raw beef mince didn’t have a yucky smell at all. I’m pleased that I’m able to get non-stunned halal beef, that hasn’t been treated with hormones and is free of antibiotics - at a reasonable price too.”
