“Ordered 2 the thickest size Angus sirlion steaks - 450g each if I recall. First time in my life I havn't had to comprimise between a great sear on the outside and overdone on the inside. Steaks were surpisingly tender too - just quick dry brine, bring it up to room temp and a 10 minute rest after cooking for best results.”

“My husband is muslim and we buy all the meat from Saffron Alley from more than 2 years. I love the chicken breast and the beef bones for bone broth in particular, the stake and all the rest is fresh and has good quality. The turkey crown is excellent too. I totally recomand it!”
