They responded in a professional manner, showing excellent customer care and resolved the matter by replacing the same order, free of charge. Furthermore, they kept track that the replacement order reached me safely and even called me following the delivery to confirm if everything was to my satisfaction.”

“Although the meat looked really fresh and it had all the boxes I would tick in terms of quality, I was a bit skeptical at first since at first glance the meat seemed pricy. But it turns out the fancy cuts of meat are expensive anyway. I ordered to give it a try and the regular everyday poultry and meat are actually cheaper than some other places I knew. The chicken and meat were really good and tasted fabulous. They were professionally packed and love the vacuum seal packing with dates on them. So much easier to store and use. Will order again inshaAllah.”

“Delivered on time and beautiful meat. Tge beef fed a family 8 a traditional Sunday roast and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I set a date for it to arrive and it came as expected. The sausages for breakfast were lovely.”
