“Excellent quality meat. We are not Muslim, but choose to buy from Saffron Alley because of the quality and service. Disappointing delivery from DHL though- they just left the parcel on the step outside, in the rain, without calling or ringing the bell to let us know they had arrived.”

“When my order arrived, I noticed that one item was incorrect. I promptly contacted the company via email and included photographs of the mistake. They responded by apologizing and offering to send the correct item free of charge. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for 5 years and have never encountered any issues before.”

“Meat arrived in well packed conditions which meant I was confident the items would be fresh and safe. There are good ranges to choose from, however I would find buying steak for a family is far too expensive and it is a shame that the halal market on premium steak does not compete well with non-halal.”

“Lovely meat. Was a little disappointed that the burgers were not packaged properly and had fallen out into the parcel. I will however still go back as this is the first time this has happened across all the orders I have placed.”

“I don't normally buy halal meat but I had a guest staying over for Christmas who observed Muslim diet . I found that ordering from saffron alley was easy and delivery was as described. The meat arrived in good condition and the cool packs remained frozen. We enjoyed all the meat ind I cooked many meals with great success. Thank you Saffron Alley”

“I placed my first order with Saffron Alley and was really impressed with the convenience and the quality of the meat. I then placed an order for a turkey and thought that I selected the delivery date after the delivery day passed and I didn't recieve the turkey I reached out and it appeared that I had not selcted the date, thankfully I recieved the turkey on Christmas eve and this was resolved quickly and easily however it would have been nice to be notified of the issue with the date earlier rather than having to reach out to them myself.”

“Good quality meat and chicken. However, their courier DPD are awful. They always leave my 20kg boxes downstairs for me to carry. What a shame as the meat and chicken is amazing quality”
