“One of the recommendations provided by Tools Trades ended up being a scammer and eventually closed their site. The company was StatusFX. ToolsTrades then said they could retrieve my money but I had to pay in to a company called Moonance. The retrieval process was supposed to take 5 to 25 days and that was mid Dec2023. I am still waiting and there are no further updates. ToolsTrades also recommended trades with Moonance and one of these wiped me out as it was put on at the closing bell.
