“Ordered 5 items returned 3 to address on outside of parcel .Cancelled 2 as not delivered after months of waiting.Only got refund for 2 cancelled .So lost £45 for returns. Told that was not their return address ,that what it said on outside of parcel .. DON’T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, what they don’t tell you it takes months for delivery take your money ,andtake forever to sort problems .Would’nt give any stars but only way I could write review.”

“I recently ordered a number of items from Top Dresses. Having tried them all on, I want to return a couple for refund (really poor quality material). After sending 3 emails and getting no response, I emailed a 4th time with PLEASE RESPOND in big shouty capitals in the subject line. Finally a bland response from 'Freya', who said she could find no order connected to my email. So I copied and pasted the email confirmation from them and sent it to her. Three times. I am still waiting for her to reply. It is now only a couple of days till my 14-day return period expires, so I can see where this situation is going...….. The only contact number is in China. Do not recommend!!!”
