Unfortunately jacket was stained over shoulder and size unsuitable therefore had to be returned. Had quick reply from customer service regarding staining & returns advice. Unlikely to purchase from this company again.”
“I knew the boots would be ok as I've had them before. Decided to have the brown ones this time. Boots as expected but not the colour! Nothing like the tan colour on the website. Just very dark brown. Almost black! Big disappointment. And there was a returns note in the box where someone had previously returned them for the very same reason! Very misleading web site”
