“BEWARE! Top Lift Pros Customer service is HORRIBLE during/after the sale. I ordered a power pro on September 30 and here it is October 17 with NO product. UPS lost original package and CANNOT get top lift to send me a replacement. (Claim with UPS was approved) Not able to find a phone number for Top lift pros. Why are they hiding? They require you to put in a request to be called and after multiple requests over weeks still NO CALL. When I email info@topliftpros.com It takes days to get even the most basic response and then it doesn't even answer the question if I get a response at all. The chat is a waste of time. Hopefully I will eventually get what I paid for nearly 3 weeks ago! Probably going to have to give it as a Christmas gift at this point. Expect anything you order to take a while to get to your doorstep. NOT HAPPY!”

“We discovered after our door holder was assembled without directions that we were missing screws on the bottom of the bars when our door holder fell over and broke our passenger window. I would love someone to contact me and send me the screws. The mirror replacement was $200 not to mention the scratches on my paint.”
“I would love to leave a great review. The problem is that I purchased mine 6 months ago and have had a miserable time. It simply doesn't fit the slant back jeeps, unless you get help lifting and sliding onto the actual lift. At that point is simply becomes a stand and definitely not a one person job. I have a full line of emails and texts trying to resolve it. I did mention a dispute with my credit card but he said to be patient that they would have a resolution soon. That was months ago....its assembled and brand new if anyone wants to buy it from me. I live in Palm Desert Ca. I cant seem to get any traction from the business other than an occasional text about future models that might work....very frustrating at best. Two texts last week are unreturned.....not the way customer service should work!”
