“Complete joke!!! lately i have won a few times on this site and i message the owner asking for updates regarding my prize there is no response! i get the prizes after 3 weeks. But lately i won a prize and heared nothing for two weeks? i messaged them still no response then again after another week he messaged me saying he accidently sent the prize to my old address? my new address have been updated on his site since Oct 21? I was told the prize would be resent to new address still not recieved any thing its been 7 weeks no absolute joke !!! he's avoiding my messages AVOID”

Not only is the draw date & time displayed on our website for each competition we also post these draw dates on our social media (facebook & instagram).
We also send a number of emails highlighting the draw date & time and in addition to all this we also send out SMS messages on draw days highlighting that the draw will be taking place.
If there is another way that you feel we'd be able to notify when our draws take place I'd love to hear some feedback from you.

I'm disappointed that you feel our draws are 'rigged'. I find this an odd accusation based on your review - especially since the winner of the Golf R was a lady named Helen & the PS5 winner was a man called Connor. I assume what you're actually referring to is Helen winning not only the Golf R but a Sealey tool chest too - what an incredible bank holiday weekend it was for her!
Our draws have always been as transparent as I am able to make them including showing the date and time live on google & extensively showing the random number generator working before any draws take place.
There are a number of our previous live draws on our facebook place (which is the only place our draws take place) & you'll be able to see we have a variety of winners.
We've had way over 100 winners and have given away in excess of £100,000 in prizes - We pride ourselves in the transparency & fairness of our competitions. A 'rigged' competition is certainly not something we entertain at Top Marque Competitions - this is something I'd be certain our regular players would tell you.

Yes, we had an extremely lucky winner who won not only a tool set but the Mini Cooper S!
We’ve had a number of draws all of which have been won by different people. Our live draw process using google random number generator simply does not allow this to be fixed - as you’ll see from all our live draws we are totally transparent throughout!
All of our previous winners can be seen on our website to further back this up

Apologies if you did not receive your confirmation. We have checked our system and it was definitely sent and we'll email you the confirmation.
Also, in future, you can always log in to your My Account section on our website as this will always have your entered competitions and ticket numbers.
We do this since we can't control all email filters but we can control what is on our site so you will always have a place to see your ticket numbers.
