“I have got products through this company a few times and each time I have had a great experience however this time around just a bit of confusion which is my fault however when contacting to see if my parcel had been collected they said it had however it hadn’t as I contacted courier and nothing on there end. The next day I then get an email from the courier saying my post was collected. Unsure if this is normal or not but so feel a little lies to. Other than that they do great products and services. Always recommend”

Hello ! We held your package as per your request on your order note.. then over the weekend you messaged us on Live chat asking for it to be sent out, which I then responded to you on chat to say I will relay that to the team to send out for you.. so it was then packed and put on our dispatch pile to go out with the courier, and I saw it go out on Monday afternoon.. I do not know why the ticket would of been delayed in updating but I watched it leave our warehouse before speaking to you.. so not sure what we have done to deserve a 2 star review :(

“Not impressed as Ordered 4 different sugar free flavors from their website but got all 4 of the same flavors and a note that only have one flavor in stock but did not inform me before sending weather this was ok? the two main flavors I was eager to try was not of that flavor. After writing about this via live chat they will be sending out the remaining flavors still waiting however happy they placed some freebies like sachets and a drink bottle to say sorry maybe...”

“The products I ordered came in a timely manner however one box expired one month after purchase, the other two months. Not really acceptable for a consumable. Via email they have tried to rectify however a week has passed with no further contact from them.”
