“After going up for the free review and trying to communicate with the lady “Amy”; I signed up for the executive package. But something didn’t feel right especially when I realised that I would be communicating with someone who could very easily not be a real person! When receive zero reaction to any online posted questions I immediately moved to cancel the service. I requested a refund and am waiting (24 hours later) for a response.”

“VERDICT: Nothing more than a SCAM, save money, time and stress by hiring a local HR person. The documents they produced is not something I will use under any circumstances, it's absolutely embarrassing. Review: Paid the $219 service and it took them 20 days to deliver the first draft. Clearly, the person writing it has no HR experience, the formatting is appalling and the whole thing looks like something a high-school student had created for an assignment. My experience was distorted with lies and did not represent my career. All the information was rearranged from bullet points to long monolithic chunks of text which are difficult to read. They used a lot of generic phrases that don't differentiate me at all. The cover letter is just a generic template, all they did was copy/paste my name into it, and worst of all, they used one for a different role from which I'm applying.”
