“Hi, I ordered nine days ago parts to my classic car. The purchase transaction went ok and I received automatic order confirmation 18842. After that nothing happened. No tracking info, no part delivery. I have also requested (by email) status info from you. Until now (nine days from order) no answer from you nor the ordered part.”

“The product works EXACTLY as it is designed to do. I ordered the Magnetic phone mount for a 2018 Porsche Boxster. The side panel popped off easily. There was a plastic plug in the way of the top screw- I had to pull that out of the way to remove the top screw. Everything went back together perfectly and I can now see maps on my android phone Matt G”

“Shipped quick. However it was definitely missing the “goodies” that was suppose to come with the product. Plate frame and decals come with HPS product, none with mine. Which it is what it is, but kinda sucks”
