Beware! DO NOT buy from this scam company, Torqued does not have a parts warehouse. They sell parts on a drop ship basis only. When you get the wrong parts they will not let you send it back to them, they will not give your money back, there is no support just lies and excuses and broken promises. Do not trust these guys to get anything right or to make it right by you. It took 2 months to get my money back. They wouldn't cover even 10 percent of the loss of production time and income or S&H of the return.

Hi, I ordered nine days ago parts to my classic car. The purchase transaction went ok and I received automatic order confirmation 18842. After that nothing happened. No tracking info, no part delivery. I have also requested (by email) status info from you. Until now (nine days from order) no answer from you nor the ordered part.

Shift knob was cheap and did not fit very well. Definitely not worth $100…. Very dissapointed

Ordered a package and then it got canceled because it was damaged in transit I don’t think it was your fault but UPS is a garbage Postal Service clean it up.

Apologies for this experience. Our supplier had the item in stock, but when they went to send it, they noticed it was damaged and decided not to send a damaged part to you. We completely understand and empathize with you not getting the part you wanted, though on a positive note, you'd didn't get something that was knowingly damaged. We will continue to work with the supplier to avoid these situations going forward and hope that you give us another chance to do business when the time comes.
