“Disappointed with slow shipment. It’s been 5weeks+. I haven’t received it yet. The customer service is not helpful; all I am getting is emails with promises; they even provided the carrier info and after I contacted them, the company is telling me that this tracking number does not exist. I have often requested my money back, but they keep avoiding that subject. I already did contact my CC company, claiming fraud. I should have purchased other reliable branding. Also it would great to know that product is being shipped from China before the purchased was made, all I was informed is that ships in a few days. so after the fact, there is tons of bad reviews in regards to the same problem, do yourself a favour and buy something else and not from this company.”
