Order was palced on 15.01.2020 (TRD-1369908433), after receiving a Paypal invoice the full amount was payed and confirmation received on 16.01. Delivery dates were specified by company - 31.01.2020-04.02.2020.
The only way of communication they provide is email.
Two emails was sent to clarify the status of an order an on 28.01.2020 was received an email that in nex two working days an order will be dispatched.
Another email to clarify the status of orded was sent on 31.01.2020 and since then no reply was received.
Since the only way of communication for private customers is email, I was sending two more email but no reply was received.
Delivery term ends on 04.02.2020 and what I have? No money, no item.
Now I need to spend my time to get back my money.
This is just a fraud, avoid this company at any cost.”
