“Nothing adds up, do your research before you part with any money!!
I would give, even less stars if I could, I ordered some items in the sale, to be told that they were not the correct price, then to be told their website must have been hacked (read that to be.... I reckon they put the wrong price), I was told if I sent my bank details they would refund, if they had been hacked, there was no way I was sending my bank details to them. The emails have been signed by different people, who I am told when I phone and ask for them, don't work at Tor Stone. This is now over 8 weeks to get my refund, I have an online business and am very aware of how websites/refunding and the rules of online selling works, and all this doesn't add up. Sorry, the items in their pictures might be beautiful, but please do your research before you part with any money.”
“This company are very misleading... ordered a Stone Sundial.. had to call go chase for delivery after one month.. they never answer phones. Rude on phone. Product arrived and was like flat pack in 3 parts and the sundial was also flat Ockwells.. not as advertised . No instructions I emailed them immediately to complain that how am I meant to glue the stone together and fix the sundial with not screw or no clue or no instructions... I paid £450 for a product that’s now held together with gorilla glue and has to screw in the sundial myself.. complete rip of bad customer service never reply to any email or phone calls... I saw a great similar sundial in a local garden centre for £180 don’t order form this company they totally suck and over rated over priced products that do not even come assembled!!!”

“Telephone permanently engaged. Chat line promised to get back to me but did not. info email address is not answered. sales email address bounced. If there products are as bad as their customer service I recommend not wasting your time.”
“Birdbath ordered for my mother's 80th, crack appeared within a few days of getting it. Crack extending so now non functional. Torstone said they would come out and look at it but no one has been and now no one answering phone. Very disappointed!”
