“Terrible store and disgraceful customer service — from misleading information in the offer to intimidation of the customer.
I purchased field hockey equipment for my child during a sale. The offer clearly stated delivery within a maximum of 3 days. The parcel was supposed to arrive on 25/11 but did not arrive until 31/12. After more than a week of delay, the company did not contact me at all.
When I contacted them myself, I spoke to an unpleasant employee who, instead of helping, started lecturing me that the company was “busy” and that “other people are also waiting.” I was told the parcel had allegedly been lost in Belfast. For another week it remained so “lost” that no one could locate it.
Eventually, I was refunded and informed that the parcel would not be delivered to me. Surprisingly, the parcel still arrived. I accepted it because several deliveries arrived at the same time. I immediately informed the company that their parcel was in my possession.
For the past two weeks, the company has been unable to arrange a collection. I am a disabled, non-mobile person following an accident, yet the company expects me to run around, print labels, and resolve their mistake. I have even been threatened with court action if I do not do this myself.
The parcel has been sitting in my hallway for two weeks, waiting to be collected. In a normal, professional company, this would be resolved within 2–3 days at most. Here, there is complete chaos, incompetence, and a total lack of respect for the customer.
I have not encountered such a chaotic and rude company in a very long time.”
