“No idea what RAC Platinum Warranty means as its all TWG the RAC just used as a name to fool people into thinking they'll get treated properly which shows RAC are not the same company they were once thought of being.
Basically forget about getting a fair assessment & any payment towards your car repair. Every angle is covered & they will not pay a penny. Got fed up trying to find a successful outcome for anyone claiming for any sort of major or for that matter any minor repairs! Save your money elsewhere for putting towards future repairs, paying sums like £1000 a year for nothing with this lot, pure mis-selling that every company seems to get away with nowadays? When are people going to have enough of all this & start fighting to even things up & stop getting crapped on & ripped off???”
