When I purchased the 8 Piece Air Fryer accessories set the website didn’t have the measurements page that it now has – even if it did have the page, I would have had to return the items as I have done because they didn’t fit the Vortx 4L Manual Air Fryer that I had purchased from Argos ( I have just returned this as well) Square peg in a round whole – the grill trays are just too big to fit as the cooking tray on the Vortx is curved and the trays aren’t so be careful how you measure your cook draw! It would be helpful if they listed on their site what air fryers they fit! Customer services wise it took a while but I got through to Amy who was most helpful and helped me with my returns

Everything back in original box and packaging, told no returns due to being used.

I knocked one star off for the long-winded returns (got my refund the second week in January) and the other star was knocked off because of the courier they used (Evri), who does not seem to take care of what they are delivering.

Abysmal customer service when returning a product. I would recommend that NO-ONE buy from this company. Shocking. They don't answer your calls and they ignore your emails. Eventually they sent me a returns label but the courier company (Yodel) were refusing to carry the item because it was "too big". Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with.

The item looked good but still in the packaging as I realised I want the air fryer with the pull out drawer. Tower do not make it easy to return an item. I’ve looked every where on their website for returns. Not a chance. I have email 3 times and have not had no reply just automated. I will not order from Tower housewares again. I will go else where.

Terrible customer service received a damaged air fryer on the 17th November & emailed straight away automated response saying someone will get back to me.. It's now the 28th & still no reply ... I need to return this item ASAP.. Why is there no returns label in the box saving time etc... You have taken £ 200 from me... I want a refund please .. Awful experience & ongoing ... Very annoying..

I purchased an dual basket air fryer last week deliver was swift but when I saw it the finish of the product was gloss black - it looked matte on the website consequently it doesn’t match other appliances in my kitchen so I decided to return. I have emailed customer services as I understand I can pay for and obtain a collect + return label to send it back. I have received an automated reply to my email stating it could take 7 days to reply I am going away on Thursday and want to return the item before then. I have tried calling but you just get an answer phone message. Very poor service. I only need the returns label!

Why was there no returns from in my package in 74 and don't do emails that don't even answer there phone
