“Lasted 4 days. Got it Tuesday 8th September and it stopped heating food on Friday 12th September. Motor runs and light works but food stays cold.”

“So I initially bought the T17039 air fryer which was great but the light went after a few months, so I returned to the seller and got a full refund as they were unable to replace. I then bought a T17038 air fryer, which started making a noise 6 weeks after purchase. Took ages to arrange a replacement with tower customer services as I can't email to their custer service email, despite asking for phone calls due to this problem they never rang. Took ages to fill in their contact forms and had to send evidence of the fault more than once. All in all I am dissatisfied with the appliances as they have broke quickly. I am also dissatisfied with the service received from tower. Would not recommend.”

“just purchased Tower CeraGlide steam Iron. this is my 2nd purchase of this Iron. Ive had my first one for 2+years and liked it so much. It is only lately began to show light scorching on the plate which Im not at all sure of how to deal with. But as its been in faily use for all this time and served us well plus the fantastic price point, I thought it best to just go ahead and renew it. Great wee Iron. Well worth the money.”

“Being British for a start. It looks good, and has optional accessories like forceps and even a oven glove. It has many cooking options and will practically cook anything an air fryer will cook, but I bought this over for pizzas only and I am very pleased with the results”

“Was given a Rapid Boil Kettle as a moving in gift and less than 2 years later it leaks. This item could kill someone as water and electric do not mix! Not when it leaks onto the wire. I wouldn't but anything from this company.”

“We have had this for maybe three years now it has been fantastic and still is fantastic. It’s good to know it is British Made. I like to support British manufacturing where I can. The actual product has been excellent. It was excellent value and it is highly recommended well done to Tower House and thank you.”

“Disappointed and utter rubbish! I bought the air fryer vortex oven. It's rusting on the top (on the outside) and the inside is appalling and it won't clean. The try doesn't fit and all the liquid coming from the meat ends up on the work top.”
