“The base of this iron is far too light, its needs to be much heavier. When I pick the iron up it often brings the base with it. Apart from that it’s fine. Would I buy it again - probably not.”

“The left hand basket operates at a much lower temperature than the right hand basket. The cooking control options are not illuminated enough, it's a struggle to see them.”

“The rounded body of the knife somehow makes it more difficult to hold than the old square style ones but the major issue is how short the electric cable is ! This makes it hazardous to use .”

“It doesn't make me busy since April last year this airfryer as been replaced due to fault with my previous on so it was a recall by the company. And I am disappointed with the product. Still not safe to use, due to coating on the elements plate/grill come of so it rust and not safe to used 😕”

“Very happy with my Tower Air Fryer. Im so glad I bought the 7.2 single draw as I can cook just about anything I need. A full chicken came out crispy skin and moist meat. For £50 I cant go wrong. Love it. ♥️”

“Is it normal for a kettle to smell of plastic ? I’ve boiled the water several times before having a cup of tea, still smells. The first cuppa tasted of plastic. Never known it before. Will be returning to Amazon. Shame because it’s a nice kettle but rather offputting”

“Well I must say I thought it might be a bit of a gimmick appliance, but I am pleasantly surprised it worked great and quickly. I would definitely recommend it for boiling eggs. I haven’t tried the other methods but if it works the same then definitely buy one”

“Unable to register the 3 year warranty as the site won't let you go any further than model number. My wife disposed the boxes so I tried to put the model number in. That didn't work so I clicked on the get in touch with customer services, again that didn't work. The dual basket Air Fryer T17151BM seems to work well 17th April 2026. We haven't tried the 6.0L slow cooker yet, but obviously Tower don't want anyone to extend the guarantee.”

“My Tower T17144 Dual Basket Air Fryer I purchased just over a year ago from Amazon, up until approximately a month ago to be fair I couldn’t fault it, then the right drawer started making a small but distinctive noise, within the month it has become a very loud noise once the fryer has been on for over approximately 5 mins, I feel today’s electrical equipment is designed to fail just after it has done its 12 month warranty, annoying thing is I took the extra 3 yr warranty which came with it but I can’t find my e mail back from the warranty form i filled in on line, so for the second time I’m having to bin a tower air fryer just out of of the 12 months!!”
