“Very happy with it .Love the knobs .Better than the Digital ones has after a while you can see them. And with pressing it all the time .You eventually break the planner”

“Unable to register the 3 year warranty as the site won't let you go any further than model number. My wife disposed the boxes so I tried to put the model number in. That didn't work so I clicked on the get in touch with customer services, again that didn't work. The dual basket Air Fryer T17151BM seems to work well 17th April 2026. We haven't tried the 6.0L slow cooker yet, but obviously Tower don't want anyone to extend the guarantee.”

“My Tower T17144 Dual Basket Air Fryer I purchased just over a year ago from Amazon, up until approximately a month ago to be fair I couldn’t fault it, then the right drawer started making a small but distinctive noise, within the month it has become a very loud noise once the fryer has been on for over approximately 5 mins, I feel today’s electrical equipment is designed to fail just after it has done its 12 month warranty, annoying thing is I took the extra 3 yr warranty which came with it but I can’t find my e mail back from the warranty form i filled in on line, so for the second time I’m having to bin a tower air fryer just out of of the 12 months!!”

“Customer service is good..they answer emails quickly! What doesn’t make me happy is having to replace my first fryer within seven months and to find that the model was no longer available so I had to pay another £30 for a bigger one which I didn’t want as it takes up more space and it’s an ugly bit of kit. I wait to see if this fryer last any longer”

“We wanted an air fryer that was very simple to use and our recent purchase is just that. Two dials - one for temperature and one for time. We got exactly what we wanted with the Tower model T17021 and am exceptionally pleased with it. BRILLIANT”

“Really pleased with how the Tower operates and cooks. The box with the Tower in was damaged a small scuff mark on the side of the airfryer. The only downside is the door is very stiff when opening and closing.”

“I bought as tower VL60 vacuum in December 2025 and are trying to obtain spare filters for this machine The company cannot give me any idea when these will be available They are totally unhelpful as they don’t phone back as promised and are not being helpful in any way I cannot get a refund for this machine as I have been told there is no fault with it. I feel that I have bought a machine for which spares are unavailable so I have wasted my money Be very careful before buying anything from this company. Totally unhelpful and not bothered about customer care”

“Had a problem with a tower air fryer I hadn't filled in the warranty correctly but as a Goodwill gesture tower replaced it for me with a more expensive model after a bit of backwards and forwards they bent over backwards to help me very happy indeed highly recommend”
