“We wanted an air fryer that was very simple to use and our recent purchase is just that. Two dials - one for temperature and one for time. We got exactly what we wanted with the Tower model T17021 and am exceptionally pleased with it. BRILLIANT”

“I bought as tower VL60 vacuum in December 2025 and are trying to obtain spare filters for this machine The company cannot give me any idea when these will be available They are totally unhelpful as they don’t phone back as promised and are not being helpful in any way I cannot get a refund for this machine as I have been told there is no fault with it. I feel that I have bought a machine for which spares are unavailable so I have wasted my money Be very careful before buying anything from this company. Totally unhelpful and not bothered about customer care”

“Had a problem with a tower air fryer I hadn't filled in the warranty correctly but as a Goodwill gesture tower replaced it for me with a more expensive model after a bit of backwards and forwards they bent over backwards to help me very happy indeed highly recommend”

“I have had a Towed slow cooker for over 20 years or more ,the only reason I decided to buy a new one was because the outer case was looking its age nothing wrong with the workings just needed a new one ,and Tower was the only one for me .i am one happy customer.”

“I have a coffee filter T13001. This is my 2nd, bought the 1st 2017 & broke the jug ☹️. Missed it so much I couldn’t wait for new jug so bought another. The very best coffee filter machine out there. Hot, clear coffee as good as any barister produces. No drips, stays warm on the plate. Easy to clean. I use paper filters in the mesh but you absolutely don’t have to. 1 flat scoop per 250ml cup gives the flavour/strength I want but you work out what suits you. Also have T17127 air fryer. Works a treat, easy to clean. Can’t recommend the filter highly enough. Love my coffee as coffee, don’t want it messed about so if that’s you, get one ❤️”

“Very easy to use My adult daughter with learning disabilities can easily use and make very deep filled toasties,it’s so easy to clean just wipe,cools down pretty fast to well worth the money,10/10 from me”
