“just purchased Tower CeraGlide steam Iron. this is my 2nd purchase of this Iron. Ive had my first one for 2+years and liked it so much. It is only lately began to show light scorching on the plate which Im not at all sure of how to deal with. But as its been in faily use for all this time and served us well plus the fantastic price point, I thought it best to just go ahead and renew it. Great wee Iron. Well worth the money.”

“Really pleased with how the Tower operates and cooks. The box with the Tower in was damaged a small scuff mark on the side of the airfryer. The only downside is the door is very stiff when opening and closing.”

“Breadmaker T11003 ...Good Breadmaker..lost paddle 3 mths after bought...contacted Tower ..no spare parts ..none on any sight...I E.mailed 3 times..asked if it had been discontinued...no...so 9 mths after @ mentioned consumer rights I received it.. Absolutely shocking service ..@ i liked their appliance b4..never again..check spare parts sites b4 buying anything...”

“Just had Calvetto Microwave for a week and seems to be working fine. Nice looking equipment. However I would have preferred a better light during cooking and a light to come on when door open for easier cleaning in view of the dark interior.”

“Delighted with the iron, it works a treat. However, the water jug arrived cracked and therefore no use at all. Shame. I tried to upload a photo of the crack but it said there was an issue. Deborah”

“My Air fryer was working well, but now is not working properly as an air fryer. It the oven heats. but fan is not working I don't think. I brought it on the 7th of June 2024 and it stopped working this year September 2025. I am hoping this will be still under warranty. I though it was 3 years”

“Love the 7.3 manual airfryer I bought recently. Compact, but holds plenty, great value and easy to operate. Ideally would give stars 4.5 or 4.9, only reason dropping part of a star, is drawer tiny bit fiddly to close fully, needs merest of jiggle to line up and get the last cm to fully shut drawer at which point it will cook”

“Very good value from B&M. Bit complicated but worth the effort. Quiet when cooking.good to have the light on to see what’s cooking. Not all air fryers have this.”
