Received my replacement air fryer after waiting 3 weeks! I was so excited to use it and I can’t because the power cord is a lot shorter than the old one and no longer reaches to the plug I have to use it :( please could you tell me if it is safe to use a extension cord with a air fryer?

Digital microwave air fryer. Initial problem, it marks our quartz worktop badly, had to fit additional feet. Little info on it's use, tried the auto air fry mode for oven chips, hopeless. Will retry manually. The free download recipe book not suitable for this device so useless. Still think it is a good buy though.

Following purchasing a TXP30PET upright hoover, checking the hoover and box there was nothing to hold the pet accessory tool to the hoover, searching the manual - nothing and then called in and the advisor could not initially advise/support. Something that should be on the hoover rather than putting at the side and not losing or damaging. A wee miss from Tower.

Had to return my air fryer due to a recall by Tower . All handled swiftly and within a week I have a new and better model at no cost to myself - great customer service. Thank you .

Overall I am happy with the product however... The instructions could be much better. There are no clear directions as to how to use the saute function and its a real trial and error and still not sure I'm doing in right. There's no pause facility. To stop the beeping when the soup is made you have to unplug the entire unit, the stop button doesn't work. Some tweaks would make this product much better!

My husband bought this for us. I have to admit I wasn't keen but could identify the energy saving potential particularly with roast dinners. I like it more than expected but wish Tower put in some more cook from scratch recipes rather than assume it would be used for ready meals. I've found knowing how long things take quite a lot of guess work

Hi Just bought a microwave. One problem I noticed straight away is the timer knob does not have a marker indicating what the minute setting is. What is needed is a white line or ridge.

Cooks well with lots of useful modes However; take care as rubber grommets regularly fall off & have landed in food. Be careful. Also internal screws work loose quite often. Easy to tighten but annoying

I am very happy with my 4.3lt Rose Gold air fryer. What I'm not happy with is how it was described. I was told it would grill, bake, roast aswell as airfry. What I was not told was that I needed to buy accessories to do this! Had I been told, I would have bought the grill necessary accessories and had them delivered at the same time therefore avoiding delivery costs

Bought the 3.8 Tower Vortex Air Fryer after resisting this trend for ages. I wish they didn't call them fryer as the are mini fan ovens, but are really great mini ovens. I have used it so far to roast a small pork joint, cook bacon and make lovely toasties. As a single person household it is ideal and the results way beyond what I expected. I knocked off one star for the "extended warranty" that seems to be a third party site selling these. I didn't follow through the process as it seemed overly keen on harvesting my data and for a relatively inexpensive purchase I prefer to take the risk of it breaking down. I am disappointed that a brand like Tower doesn't manage it's own warranty registration process.

I’ve just unwrapped and tested this iron on a shirt and a hanky. Not having a trailing cable is brilliant. It does a good job. Just few flaws: the baseplate is not heavy enough - it tends to lift up when you pick up the iron. How about having suckers to hold it to a smooth surface. Secondly, mechanism that holds the iron to the baseplate is wrongly labelled. It should be cordless/corded and not corded/cordless, also both symbols show the ‘locked’ position (see photograph). Finally, the temperature dial is hidden under the handle - if it were bigger and was black on white instead of grey on dark blue it would be much easier to read. .
