“Lasted 4 days. Got it Tuesday 8th September and it stopped heating food on Friday 12th September. Motor runs and light works but food stays cold.”

“Was given a Rapid Boil Kettle as a moving in gift and less than 2 years later it leaks. This item could kill someone as water and electric do not mix! Not when it leaks onto the wire. I wouldn't but anything from this company.”

“Disappointed and utter rubbish! I bought the air fryer vortex oven. It's rusting on the top (on the outside) and the inside is appalling and it won't clean. The try doesn't fit and all the liquid coming from the meat ends up on the work top.”

“I bought tower air fryer in 13 of April, in june it stopped to work. I took to back in b&m because I bought from them, I lost my receipt I have other receipt because first I bought small one then same day I exchange it. And they did not give me my money back or exchange it I have three years manufacturing guarantee”

“Tower Dual Basket Air Fryer (Model: T17138, 10.4L), which appears to be faulty. From the first use, the air fryer has been making an unusually loud noise and shakes excessively when switched on. The vibration is severe enough to make me concerned that there may be a manufacturing fault or an issue with the internal components. This is not the level of noise or movement I would expect from a new appliance.”

“DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM TOWER!!!! my mum and a few other people have warned me about the tower electrical bin ( £60) new , so not a product you expect to buy twice ESPECIALLY IN THE SPACE OF 2 MONTHS ...... And I had purchased one prior her telling me not too . I have had the bin less than 2 months and the whole bin has just stopped working . I tried to reach out with tower about the reoccurring problem but as suspected . Just got a snotty answer back as guessed . DO NOT BUT TOWER PRODUCTS . this isn't the first tower product I have encountered with the brand either ..... Just save your money”

“I had it for a week had to return it to Argos in Skegness , the problem was it went all bubbly on the inside of the door and some of the silver came of around the sides , I have had tower stuff for a number of years I was vary disappointed, I did get a replacement I have had a few days but worried in case it happens again”

“I bought the tower verbalise iron at Lidl’s quality is poor. It’s making ironing a nightmare, it shoold be anti scale but I cannot Iron directly on clothes because the steam come out dirty. I regularly try and get the steam out over the sink but it has made not difference. Don’t buy it”
