“Tower Dual Basket Air Fryer (Model: T17138, 10.4L), which appears to be faulty. From the first use, the air fryer has been making an unusually loud noise and shakes excessively when switched on. The vibration is severe enough to make me concerned that there may be a manufacturing fault or an issue with the internal components. This is not the level of noise or movement I would expect from a new appliance.”

“DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM TOWER!!!! my mum and a few other people have warned me about the tower electrical bin ( £60) new , so not a product you expect to buy twice ESPECIALLY IN THE SPACE OF 2 MONTHS ...... And I had purchased one prior her telling me not too . I have had the bin less than 2 months and the whole bin has just stopped working . I tried to reach out with tower about the reoccurring problem but as suspected . Just got a snotty answer back as guessed . DO NOT BUT TOWER PRODUCTS . this isn't the first tower product I have encountered with the brand either ..... Just save your money”

“Second air fryer iv had from tower ,and just like the first one , it's packed up working after 6 months .and I don't use it that often . Tried ringing them ,and can't get through .it's a disgrace”

“I had it for a week had to return it to Argos in Skegness , the problem was it went all bubbly on the inside of the door and some of the silver came of around the sides , I have had tower stuff for a number of years I was vary disappointed, I did get a replacement I have had a few days but worried in case it happens again”

“I bought the tower verbalise iron at Lidl’s quality is poor. It’s making ironing a nightmare, it shoold be anti scale but I cannot Iron directly on clothes because the steam come out dirty. I regularly try and get the steam out over the sink but it has made not difference. Don’t buy it”

“Is it normal for a kettle to smell of plastic ? I’ve boiled the water several times before having a cup of tea, still smells. The first cuppa tasted of plastic. Never known it before. Will be returning to Amazon. Shame because it’s a nice kettle but rather offputting”

“Unable to register the 3 year warranty as the site won't let you go any further than model number. My wife disposed the boxes so I tried to put the model number in. That didn't work so I clicked on the get in touch with customer services, again that didn't work. The dual basket Air Fryer T17151BM seems to work well 17th April 2026. We haven't tried the 6.0L slow cooker yet, but obviously Tower don't want anyone to extend the guarantee.”

“Next day delivery NOT..ordered air fryer Thursday next day delivery so you would expect that to be Saturday. NO monday and thats a maybe yet i have been charged next day delivery price disgraceful”

“Just bought air fryer T17104 Vizion glass seals both leek when washing with hot water , 3rd one 1st Manufacturer recal 2nd. Flacking Teflon should have gone for a better make.”
