“I purchased a Tower Presto 150W hand mixer less than a year ago. Unusually for me, I failed to register it for the 2nd year extra warranty. That's down to me. I've only used it a few times for light usage. Lemon drizzle cake mix and the like. What isn't down to me is the fact that it has just self-destructed when I tried to mix the ingredients of a Christmas cake. I had already combined the ingredients with a wooden spoon, but thought I would continue with the mixer. The mixer clearly wasn't up to the job. The beaters started to spin, but then stopped abruptly and the motor continued until I could quickly switch it off. The gearing inside must be of very poor quality or design. The beaters now don't align correctly. Plus, now only the right beater revolves. I'm only glad that it was inexpensive, because it will have to go in the bin as I have no way of proving it's within warranty (admittedly, my fault). I would recommend that anyone thinking of buying one of these only uses it for very light mixing work. Consider a make of better quality if making fruit cake mix. As the saying goes; 'Buy it cheap, buy it twice'. As this is critical I presume Tower will reject it for publication.”

“Tower cordless steam iron. Not used very often because it appears to 'pick up' fibres off items even off cotton sheets causing the residue to stick to tge iron & deposit on other items. I have cleaned it twice after it ruined a pillow case or two but it still keeps happening - it was not on the hotest setting. Very disappointed, emailed Tower but didn't receive a reply. Disappointed.”

“Terrible quality product. White writing on the front rubs off after a few months. Tower customer service is appauling , the handle one side snapped off and the plastic trigger on one side to activate the fryer drawer snapped off. Tower were nohelp as it was 3 weeks over the 1 yr guarantee and the issues that failed were not covered in the extended warranty as it was deemed customer negligence NOT poor cheap quality air fryer.”

“Tower’s handling of my order as a new customer has been an absolute shambles from start to finish, exposing a complete absence of accountability at every turn. Their outsourced delivery partner Every failed to deliver the appliances I paid for, and rather than take ownership, Tower simply washed their hands of the problem. When I pressed for expedited replacements, they confirmed they would arrange them—only to later claim the items were out of stock, leaving me with nothing. Forced to request a full refund, I was told it would take 5–10 days; on day 9, with no money returned, they admitted an internal error meant the refund had never even been processed, resetting the clock for yet another 5–10 days of waiting. This catalogue of broken promises, miscommunication and administrative incompetence shows a company that is utterly indifferent to the inconvenience and frustration it inflicts on its customers, and I am left thoroughly disappointed by an experience that has been nothing short of appalling.”

“Was given a Rapid Boil Kettle as a moving in gift and less than 2 years later it leaks. This item could kill someone as water and electric do not mix! Not when it leaks onto the wire. I wouldn't but anything from this company.”

“Disappointed and utter rubbish! I bought the air fryer vortex oven. It's rusting on the top (on the outside) and the inside is appalling and it won't clean. The try doesn't fit and all the liquid coming from the meat ends up on the work top.”

“I bought tower air fryer in 13 of April, in june it stopped to work. I took to back in b&m because I bought from them, I lost my receipt I have other receipt because first I bought small one then same day I exchange it. And they did not give me my money back or exchange it I have three years manufacturing guarantee”

“Tower Dual Basket Air Fryer (Model: T17138, 10.4L), which appears to be faulty. From the first use, the air fryer has been making an unusually loud noise and shakes excessively when switched on. The vibration is severe enough to make me concerned that there may be a manufacturing fault or an issue with the internal components. This is not the level of noise or movement I would expect from a new appliance.”

“DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM TOWER!!!! my mum and a few other people have warned me about the tower electrical bin ( £60) new , so not a product you expect to buy twice ESPECIALLY IN THE SPACE OF 2 MONTHS ...... And I had purchased one prior her telling me not too . I have had the bin less than 2 months and the whole bin has just stopped working . I tried to reach out with tower about the reoccurring problem but as suspected . Just got a snotty answer back as guessed . DO NOT BUT TOWER PRODUCTS . this isn't the first tower product I have encountered with the brand either ..... Just save your money”

“I had it for a week had to return it to Argos in Skegness , the problem was it went all bubbly on the inside of the door and some of the silver came of around the sides , I have had tower stuff for a number of years I was vary disappointed, I did get a replacement I have had a few days but worried in case it happens again”
