T11003 Bread maker. Nice looking machine, good price - if it worked. Made four loaves using three recipes: Basic Bread Program 1, Whole wheat program 3, Wholemeal Bread recipe 1 twice. All results the same; Collapsed during bake with density of a brick! Recipes in booklet followed to the letter, although the instructions take a scattergun approach to measurement systems. Will return to Currys forthwith.

So disappointed, with the egg cooker, I did exactly as the instructions said and the plastic tray melted on the hotplate . I filled cup to medium . Tip onto hotplate. Timer turned off byt only after it melted the plastic. Now in the bin. Your download photo does not work

My other could do a little stew for my self this one leaks when I washed it i cleaned with a little bit of water and all water leaked out a tiny bit my other could soak half full with water not a leak not sure where leaking the number 1 draw leaks but not number 2

Bought a air fryer from tower, packed up and received a replacement a airx ai fryer, now this has problems with the rubber seals in the tray, asked customer service for some new rubber seals, no you cant have any , look for yourself on ebay or amazon, what a joke, i have all the emails from them saying this, never buy any of there products again

It is far too small, it doesn't even hold a normal sided slice of bread, the mess it creates is just not worth the cleaning hassle!! Only used it once!! The 750w 2 slice sandwich maker is akin to a toy product and the item is simply not fit for purpose!! It's a total waste of manufacturing time and money. If cheese is used it ended up oozing out of the bread and all over the item and I only used cheese singles in it too! Definitely not easy to clean as stated since the cheese seeps under the metal plates... Wish I had never had it.

1 small screw missing holding front panel flush on air fryer drawer. Requested screw to fit myself. Response return fryer to retailer to receive a replacement.

Had to have a replacement air fryer as it was recalled back in August 2025, put the request in, only just received the replacement Jan 2026. Kept emailing to find out where it was, with no luck, eventually got a reply to be told that my replacement had been "lost" after 5 months of waiting. My mother also had the same experience, she got received hers a week before mine arrived, request was put in the same day in August 2025.

I've had my air fryer for two weeks, working lovely. Turned it on to Cook a meal. Screen flashes then goes blank, start button flashing but no touch button not working it's like the life has just gone out of it. Very annoyed as I have thrown the box out too.

Less than a year old and our Dual Vortex Airfryer has stopped working with no power what so ever. Was a gift, so no proof of purchase. Haven't contacted Tower yet. But it clearly states on the leaflet that came with the fryer that it needs to be returned to retailer it was purchased from with proof of purchase. So that'll be a no go. Will try a more reputable make for our next purchase. Very disappointed.

I regret purchasing the Tower Rose range of kitchen pans. On the surface, they look stylish, but the reality is very different. • Non-stick that sticks: The frying pans are advertised as non-stick, yet food clings to them relentlessly. The coating feels cheap and ineffective. • Poor build quality: The pots are badly designed—the handles heat up to the point of being unsafe, making them impractical for everyday cooking. • Value for money: I spent £80 on this set, and it’s now destined for recycling. That’s money wasted on products that simply don’t deliver.

Could not find ANY bread that fitted the deep fill sandwich toaster. Filling leaks everywhere because the bread is too small to fit and therefore the bread does not seal. Customer services were extremely unhelpful. This item is ‘not fit for purpose’.

Product design fault. Using a plastic bit to register the draw closing. Broken on both air fryers purchased on the same bit.
