After a few minutes reading the terrible instructions, I went online and discovered some independent videos on Tower Vortex dual basket Air Fryers one was a bloke who was so boring he talked so much the device kept timing off. Tower souls make there own instructions videos and post them on YouTube!

The black colour is quite sleek and looks nice in my kitchen. Good value for money with decent oven space. Find the controllers a bit less than straightforward. Unsure if I can use both hotplates together or together with the oven on. Really pleased it has a three year warranty. Only just removed from the box, so haven't used the product yet. Impressive guarantee for a small appliance nowadays. My brother has a similar table top cooker, this was a factor in my purchasing decision. I thought the white model looked a little clinical. Would have liked to see an internal light inside the oven, to view cooking progress more easily; and maybe a fan assisted oven for more energy economy. Loose the timer and have separate controls instead of a multi function controller. A slightly longer flex would have been advantageous too. Comes with a nice large oven tray. The rotisserie looks good, but fan assisted oven would have been a more favourable option out of the two, in my opinion. Would have been happy to pay extra for a self cleaning oven, definitely. Hopefully my balanced critique is helpful to you as a manufacturer and to other customers planning on making a purchase. I hope my purchase was a good decision and I enjoy using the product in years to come. Thank you.

Your instruction booklet could be more informative and in a larger type face. A couple of recipes wouldn't go amiss either

I live this toaster. Perfect for one. But, it doesn't have much weight so you have to hold one side when you press your toast down!

Brought the cordless 2in1 iron. First problem I found was that you cannot see how much water your putting in until it's too late! It has a function to steam upright but it's not an option to choose by a button. So it steams all the time soaking the ironing board and the cordless charger, so not sure how long that will last. I do love the cordless aspect of it and how good it get creases out. Tried uploading a photo of the soaked ironing board but it wouldn't accept my picture.
