“I am happy with the product the boiled eggs are lovely However instruction booklet misleading when explaining how to cook an omelette Step 2 says grease poaching tray!”

“Just been given the vortex vizion oven airfryer, this is my first experience with airfryers so was a bit disappointed that it didn't come with a recipe book, a bit stingy Tower.”

“Nice microwave but it look like cream and it was not it does not match my Kettle and toaster not tried it yet. Would be helpful to put the cooler on items”

“I absolutely love the Tower double drawer air fryer. It's completely changed the way I cook. It's so economical as it's so fast, and everything cooks similar to an oven and on many occasions better as not so dry.its also very easy to clean. Only issue I have is with the icons, they're so unclear and not all but most don't represent the type of food, and hard to read as very faded especially when sun is coming in the window.”

“I am disasatisfied with service. The basket flew of the handle with the meal in it! There are no spares available and the product is still inder gaurantee. Reply was to ring back in 30 days. I would like a reply asap.”

“New to air frying, I found the Tower Vizion for a great price on Amazon. So far, so OK, but the Instruction leaflet could do with work. Nowhere does it tell you what to do with the grill trays! My first attempts missed them altogether and it was only by watching a 3rd party YouTube video that I realised what you do with them! Fingers crossed I now get the hang of it but please, beef up your instructions and don't assume that everyone knows how they work!”

“Happy with our Dual Tower Vortex Airfryer, apart from when the drawers get hot it is difficult to re insert them. It takes 3-4 attempts before they go back in”

“I have just purchased a Tower T17117 4L air fryer and am very pleased with it apart from one irritation, which judging by reviews affects a lot of buyers. The On/off sensor is very insensitive and fails to operate when the tip of a finger is used. I have found that a 100% method is to place the hand flat on top of the cooker, then use the BALL of your THUMB to operate the On/off button - problem solved!”

“Cord/cordless iron from Tesco £20.00 the price is excellent good 12 months warranty extendable to 3 years on registration very light and easy to use lovely easy glide faceplate easy conversion from corded to cordless so far a good iron my only niggle rather than complaint is I can’t see the water content in the iron the dark blue case makes the water level virtually impossible to see could have done with a clear visible section overfilled it every time I’ve used it so far because of this water everywhere that’s my reason for 4 stars but really nice quality iron for the price hopefully it out lasts the warranty”

“Mum loves it but she said it needed some sort of removable handle as she sometimes go to grab the cooking racks without putting a towel or oven glove on as old hot air oven had handle.thats why it got a 4 out of 5”
