“Had to have a replacement air fryer as it was recalled back in August 2025, put the request in, only just received the replacement Jan 2026. Kept emailing to find out where it was, with no luck, eventually got a reply to be told that my replacement had been "lost" after 5 months of waiting. My mother also had the same experience, she got received hers a week before mine arrived, request was put in the same day in August 2025.”

“It's a great machine and size but with my last air fryer I cooked everything at 180° but this seems like it either needs max 230° or a lot longer at 180°?”

“I've had my air fryer for two weeks, working lovely. Turned it on to Cook a meal. Screen flashes then goes blank, start button flashing but no touch button not working it's like the life has just gone out of it. Very annoyed as I have thrown the box out too.”

“Less than a year old and our Dual Vortex Airfryer has stopped working with no power what so ever. Was a gift, so no proof of purchase. Haven't contacted Tower yet. But it clearly states on the leaflet that came with the fryer that it needs to be returned to retailer it was purchased from with proof of purchase. So that'll be a no go. Will try a more reputable make for our next purchase. Very disappointed.”

“Poor design kettle, steam comes out all round lid when it boils. Damages top handle finish, and could cause a burn to user. Nice looking product though....”

“Delighted with my glass kettle. No plastics on the inside BUT kettle was in a cardboard box, sitting on a plastic tray, and a plastic top, inside a plastic bag! Shame. The whole idea of me buying a glass kettle was too have less contact with plastic”

“I have had a cordless iron before. This is a replacement so I am able to compare. 1. It is not clear which part of the dial is to line up with to determine the heat level. 2. The switch to secure the iron to the base does not appear to work. The iron can be lifted up at both the lock and unlock switch. Particularly annoying when you lift it out of the cupboard. Otherwise the iron is fine.”
