“New bread maker arrived , later than expected but it was Christmas. Surprisingly there are only 3 foot studs one missing so propped it up on a bit of cardboard to stop it wobbling. Works okay but still dissatisfied really”

“Bought the Tower Empire fast boil kettle because it matched my new kitchen and my old kettle dribbled water when pouring. It is a beautiful kettle. Looks good and boils super quickly and most of all , it pours perfectly. Worth paying a bit extra for.”

“Delighted with the iron, it works a treat. However, the water jug arrived cracked and therefore no use at all. Shame. I tried to upload a photo of the crack but it said there was an issue. Deborah”

“I regret purchasing the Tower Rose range of kitchen pans. On the surface, they look stylish, but the reality is very different. • Non-stick that sticks: The frying pans are advertised as non-stick, yet food clings to them relentlessly. The coating feels cheap and ineffective. • Poor build quality: The pots are badly designed—the handles heat up to the point of being unsafe, making them impractical for everyday cooking. • Value for money: I spent £80 on this set, and it’s now destined for recycling. That’s money wasted on products that simply don’t deliver.”

All of our products are required to meet the highest levels of safety and quality standards. To compliment this our products are supported by a robust warranty programme and we provide our customers with the opportunity to extend their products warranty free of charge. As your products warranty had expired and you did not take the opportunity to extend your products warranty we were unable assist with your enquiry on this occasion. “Could not find ANY bread that fitted the deep fill sandwich toaster. Filling leaks everywhere because the bread is too small to fit and therefore the bread does not seal. Customer services were extremely unhelpful. This item is ‘not fit for purpose’.”
