“We have had the blender for one week, and each time we use it we have to deal will leaking. We sealed the jug properly, inserted it as directed but every single time it leaks.”

“DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM TOWER!!!! my mum and a few other people have warned me about the tower electrical bin ( £60) new , so not a product you expect to buy twice ESPECIALLY IN THE SPACE OF 2 MONTHS ...... And I had purchased one prior her telling me not too . I have had the bin less than 2 months and the whole bin has just stopped working . I tried to reach out with tower about the reoccurring problem but as suspected . Just got a snotty answer back as guessed . DO NOT BUT TOWER PRODUCTS . this isn't the first tower product I have encountered with the brand either ..... Just save your money”

“Second air fryer iv had from tower ,and just like the first one , it's packed up working after 6 months .and I don't use it that often . Tried ringing them ,and can't get through .it's a disgrace”

“I had it for a week had to return it to Argos in Skegness , the problem was it went all bubbly on the inside of the door and some of the silver came of around the sides , I have had tower stuff for a number of years I was vary disappointed, I did get a replacement I have had a few days but worried in case it happens again”

“I bought the tower verbalise iron at Lidl’s quality is poor. It’s making ironing a nightmare, it shoold be anti scale but I cannot Iron directly on clothes because the steam come out dirty. I regularly try and get the steam out over the sink but it has made not difference. Don’t buy it”

“Great looking worktop space saving drawer design. Good price when compared to similar spec. Easy to use. Very large drawers so good for many products. Found everything so far cooks great. Register online and get 3 years warranty.”

“Eady to use. The request for feedback doesn't ask what makes me unhappy. Why is that ? The beep to alert the user to shake is FAR TOO QUIET. It means the user had to stay in the kitchen to be able to hear it. Needs fixing.”

“The base of this iron is far too light, its needs to be much heavier. When I pick the iron up it often brings the base with it. Apart from that it’s fine. Would I buy it again - probably not.”

“The rounded body of the knife somehow makes it more difficult to hold than the old square style ones but the major issue is how short the electric cable is ! This makes it hazardous to use .”
