My Air fryer was working well, but now is not working properly as an air fryer. It the oven heats. but fan is not working I don't think. I brought it on the 7th of June 2024 and it stopped working this year September 2025. I am hoping this will be still under warranty. I though it was 3 years

Product design fault. Using a plastic bit to register the draw closing. Broken on both air fryers purchased on the same bit.

All of our products are required to meet the highest of safety and quality purposes so your comments regarding a design fault came as a surprise to us Our Air Fryers are supported by a 12 month warranty which in the rare event that a fault occurs gives our customers peace of mind. Indeed we also provide our customers with the opportunity to extend their products warranty free of charge for a further 24 months. At the time of your enquiry you did not take up the opportunity to extend your warranty and your products warranty had expired several months previously. Purchased a Vortx Air Fryer from Tesco 3 months ago. Great air fryer but the black has started to lift off the tray in a few spots. Disappointing as this never happened in previous airfryers.

Love the 7.3 manual airfryer I bought recently. Compact, but holds plenty, great value and easy to operate. Ideally would give stars 4.5 or 4.9, only reason dropping part of a star, is drawer tiny bit fiddly to close fully, needs merest of jiggle to line up and get the last cm to fully shut drawer at which point it will cook

05/10/24 Bought a Tower model T17076 digital air fryer for £79.99 from Lidl which gave the impression on the box that it had a 3 year guarantee. Neglected to register (so my fault) only to have the wretched thing break down on 21/11/25, 13 months into not over excessive usage. Then I realised it only has a one year standard guarantee. Fault is the fan stopped operating and if nobody had noticed the smoke coming from it, almost certainly it would have set the kitchen, indeed, probably the whole house on fire. Rather typical, cynically planned obselecence in my view. The cooker itself is very cheaply manufactured and the door cleaning is a right faff on. It does not appear to have any sensor circuitry to detect a fan fault as it was still heating up even though there was zero air circulation. Therefore, in my opinion, this is a most dangerous product with lamentable safety oversight on the manufacturer's part and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Tower product at all. Designed to last one year then bin and replace. British 'engineering' at its worst .. how sad. Anyone contemplating buying other Tower products ... look very carefully at the quality. I like to buy British wherever possible but I will NEVER buy anything from Tower again.

Very good value from B&M. Bit complicated but worth the effort. Quiet when cooking.good to have the light on to see what’s cooking. Not all air fryers have this.
