05/10/24 Bought a Tower model T17076 digital air fryer for £79.99 from Lidl which gave the impression on the box that it had a 3 year guarantee. Neglected to register (so my fault) only to have the wretched thing break down on 21/11/25, 13 months into not over excessive usage. Then I realised it only has a one year standard guarantee. Fault is the fan stopped operating and if nobody had noticed the smoke coming from it, almost certainly it would have set the kitchen, indeed, probably the whole house on fire. Rather typical, cynically planned obselecence in my view. The cooker itself is very cheaply manufactured and the door cleaning is a right faff on. It does not appear to have any sensor circuitry to detect a fan fault as it was still heating up even though there was zero air circulation. Therefore, in my opinion, this is a most dangerous product with lamentable safety oversight on the manufacturer's part and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Tower product at all. Designed to last one year then bin and replace. British 'engineering' at its worst .. how sad. Anyone contemplating buying other Tower products ... look very carefully at the quality. I like to buy British wherever possible but I will NEVER buy anything from Tower again.

Very good value from B&M. Bit complicated but worth the effort. Quiet when cooking.good to have the light on to see what’s cooking. Not all air fryers have this.

If my opinion matters, please note that I haven't received my product yet despite Evri having had it for the last 10 days! I will no longer order from you as long as you use Evri as your carrier.

Had a fire risk airfryer... contacted tower..was offered a replacement air fryer or a voucher...opted for the voucher... little bit of confusion at first,but the staff at tower were very helpful...opted for matching kettle and toaster which look good...in the process of decorating my kitchen so appliances will stay boxed up until it's done...3 year guarantee...look forward to my coffee and toast when kitchen has been refurbished...will be adding other appliances as and when needed...thank you for an excellent service..

Good VFM for a compact small oven/air fryer. Good for warming up frozen pizza. Unfortunately the stone temperature doesn’t rise much above 200–230° which is not enough to make bake a wood or gas fire style pizza, where stone temperature rises to 350–500°.

I am absolutely disgusted with Tower. I had a recalled Air Fryer which I reported .I agreed to a voucher to put towards buying a new Air fryer from Tower UK . I ordered a new Air fryer on 24/10/25 from their website.Paid the extra amount my receipt said 3/5 days delivery. I have still not received it as of today 11-11/25 I have contacted the customer service by email and I have had no reply and I cannot find a phone number to actually call and speak to an agent. Not what I would call an efficient or caring customer service.

Electric bin broke. Numerous others have reported the same problem. Sneaky little sharks sidestep the 3 year warranty if not registered straight after purchase. Assume this item will not last long, which for the price is disgraceful. So much for buying British.

All of our products are supported by a fixed 12 month warranty and we also provide our customers with the opportunity to extend their warranty free of charge for a further 24 months - all details can be found on the products packaging and the Instruction Manual. As you did not take the opportunity to extend your products warranty sadly the warranty expired in April 2025 - some6 months ago. I was reluctant to get an air fryer but after bring persuaded I was recommend the Tower Vizion. I am delighted with it, I'm only a few days in but already the things I have cooked have been great....and quick. I'm researching recipes to see what I can do and I'm hoping this will also save on my electricity bill. The trays seem so much more versatile than a basket with regard to multiple item cooking. I would definitely recommend this product.

I ordered an item from Tower vast range but unfortunately I processed the purchase in error. I contacted customer service straight away and was amazed that Joseph in customer service service contacted me the following day and resolved my problem. Now assembled, really happy with the colour of this, very stylish. The wheels make it way to move around the flat and the fold down sides make it more compact when drying a few items. Love the hanging arms for shirts. This dryer took me and my student son 20 minutes to build. It was a bit daunting at first when saw all the rods in the box but soon got hang of it. The large photo on the box helped to show where the silver rods went. It was more useful as a quick guide than the small image in the manual. It would be useful to have letters that are highlighted in the manual on the plastic bags the rods came in for easy identifying like you get with kid’s toys sets.
