Absolutely amazing piece of kit for the kitchen, the finish, the design, the ease of use. Great as a starter or even just an all rounder air fryer as we haven’t been disappointed yet.

I could do with some help. I bought the Tower dual air fryer and can't work out how to put a manual time is say cook for 10mins.

Absolutely love this tower air fryer bought this as had good reviews and finding my previous one on the small side this is great as I can cook a whole meal at once saving time and energy. Can keep clean easily all parts come away just a wipe round inside and your done so quick, efficient and energy saving

This is a good cooker, the Rotisserie was at its max with a 1.5kg chicken so maybe the recommended 1.3 should be stuck to. The drip tray is a bit shallow and fiddly,also difficult to extract as the bottom elements are too close. The brief instructions that come with it are inadequate & do not specify that you should probably use Roast for the Rotisserie function they leave you in the dark. As this is a new cooker, hopefully Tower will produce some online videos soon.

I contacted the CS team weeks ago and they mentioned that the replacement bin had been dispatched, but no tracking code was provided. After waiting a week, I asked for an update, but nothing was sent. The CS team only responded with template emails, regardless of what I wrote to them. There was an email that simply repeated what had been said in the previous email to me, just a copy and paste. I am deeply disappointed with the customer service. I will escalate this matter, as no one in the team seems to care about customer service or warranty.

My old air fryer was recalled because of a slim chance of catching on fire. I would like to say how impressed I was on the ease of giving you the details and the speed of receiving my new one. Thank you so much and I’m looking forward to using my replacement air fryer

4 slice bread toaster. Smart appearance and simple logical controls. Seems to toast perfectly and defrost button does the job too. Never had a reheat option but sounds an excellent extra facility though yet to use it. Have used a Tower toasted sandwich maker for a couple of years and that also works very well too

I was very pleased with my kettle I purchased last week. It's sturdy and it's nice to have glass instead of all plastic. Boils water efficiently too.

Purchased a tower vortex 5.6 l air fryer and just used to cook bread in .fantastic was a bit doubtfull as at home we have a double stack ninja and with us living for 3 months in our caravan found it hard to live without .but definitely happy with the purchase especially when you consider ninja cost £200 and the tower just under £40 a no brainet

Paid £4.99 for next day delivery due to going on holiday that Friday. Delivery took 3-4 days which meant Evri then left our parcel at the front door and it was sat there for nearly 4 days. Emailed Tower asking for a refund for the delivery heard nothing. Would avoid and go elsewhere.
