“Worst experience ever. Poor service.
At some point, I was left for more than 10 days without hot water because they "did had made a mistake when ordering the spare parts". When I called and said that I would stop paying the rent if they don't do anything to fix it, the manager replied that they would then "cancel their order and leave me without hot water".
I have various issues in the flat, and they proved to be useless every time - no response, loss of documents and information. They usually blamed on a colleague who had just left the company and didn't share the information with the new agent.
The worst estate agency I had to deal with in 20 years and 16 flats rented over 4 different countries.”
