“I am a concerned consumer, who finds that when a business makes a mistake and performs poorly they should be given a chance to explain and correct. I am recently experiencing this poor performance from Larry H. Miller Toyota Dealers in Colorado Spring, Colorado. Their dishonest approach, being unaccountability to their word and agreement, and their unwillingness to even correct or clarify their reasoning makes me as a consumer question the Larry H. Miller Group. As a returning consumer to the Larry H. Miller name plate I am wondering why a Group of companies would want to be connect to such a dishonest dealer. Larry H. Miller portrays it's Ideals to have Integrity, yet I have not seen this ideal.
I would appreciate a member of your company looking into the this dealer, questioning the ethical lack of integrity and personal accountability. If they can lie to one consumer and get away with it so they can make a larger profit on a simple car sale than it is not unreasonable for them to repeat this another time.
If your interested in a Toyota product I would consider a different dealer. I am not hear to "get something" I would like for consumers to have good experiences when they spend 40 thousand dollars on a new car and being lied to and mistreated is unacceptable in this day and age.”
