“I was given the worst customer service at ToysRUs . The employee cut me off, was very rude, and shoved my refund at me!”

“Will NEVER use ToysRUs again. It seriously took four days to get my in store pick up. And customer service is horrible.”

“Since I've only heard bad things about Mothercare online, i decided to give Babies R us a chance. WEll I learned that it is no better then Toys R us and Mothercare. Your item won't come when it is supposed to and if it ever does show up, it won't be the right item anyway!”
