Al customer service representative. You email me back within hours? Every time I talk to him, he put me at ease and explained everything and sure enough. The packets showed up about 3 weeks later. He told me that they have a United States warehouse. But the pills cost a little more there, so if you don't mind the weight 2 to 3 weeks. Order with confidence because it does show up and it's a great deal and great customer service. And I really recommend them. They give you a lot of freebies inside the packages, a lot of good deals, you just can't beat the price.
