“tradelink.com.au is a fraudulent company. They will lock you out of your account, with the intention of stealing your money when you finally abandon the account out of frustration. Their extremely low reviews over all platforms, shows how bad they really are. What is outrageous is that a government regulatory agency hasn't closed them down yet. Reached out to M A D A C O V I . C O and luckily for me, they tracked these guys and helped in restoring my lost funds. They showed me how every bitcoin transaction is traceable and saved me big”

“NO PRODUCT AFTER ONLINE PURCHASE Bought 2 bath/shower mixers online two weeks ago. Followed up on my order as it was way past the 10 days delivery period only to learn the products are discontinued! Spoken with both their staffs and the lady was epic - cut me off before I finished and had the nerve to tell me she can't help me when I am not listening to her! Hello? I am not done talking, you cut me off and you I should listen to you? Her logic is beyond me. The process of refund is even mind boggling - instead of refund, attempts were made to obtain payment against my card twice! And when I tried to reason with her that I should not be getting alerts on payments from my bank, her defense mode was high up and nothing got through to her till much later. Very frustrating and subzero customer experience. This is my first time purchase from Tradelink and it has not ended well. Poor inventory check on their stocks, lack of follow up and appalling customer service. Not what I would expect.”

“I still haven't received the product. I am waiting on an email to say it is ready to be picked. It was ordered by Tradelink from "the warehouse" on 30th April 2021.”

“terrible service, took over 5 weeks to receive my order that's after numerous phone calls and unanswered emails. product is great but online ordering process isn't. was promised to be reimbursed an amount but never heard back from store assistant. wouldn't recommend.”

“The web site promotes items that are stock- but are not. I would have had to wait two months for an item that was advertised 'in stock' but Phil, from your St Kilda store, went that extra mile to ensure this didn't happen by getting my item transferred from another store, rather than directly from the supplier. I cannot thank Phil enough!!!”

“Product is great but the level of friendliness and courtesy from the man who handed over the product at the Gladesville store was appalling. My elderly mother picked up the online order for me and said she would never go there again because the man behind the desk was as sour as grapes and didn't say "thanks or good bye". A little bit of friendliness goes a long way!”
