“Fraud. Don't believe the fake reviews on this page. They are a fraudulent company. Check their BBB rating and reviews on other sites. They are very nice until you pay, but after, they are rude, don't call or email, don't file. They take the money and go. Their names are not even their real names. The phone number is not a business number. You cannot get a hold of anyone after payment.”

“It is a scam.... unfortunately I lost my money. I sent the money and they did not provide an invoice... when I keep asking about the invoice they just say they will send it., and I am asking again and again. I has been already 3 months and every time I ask about the invoice they either avoid responding or they say they will send it. I verified the company and apparently it is not even a registered company....Also they said they submitted the trademark but they were not able to give me any proof that they registered the trademark. I called USPTO and they said that everything that I was told is not true, that there was no trademark submitted for me... I never thought that I could be fooled like this....but apparently here I am in this situation. I send them the money because I read positive reviews here. Now that I read again the positive reviews I realize they are fake...”
